Animal Care Services:

• Acupuncture

Acupuncture has been shown to help pets with pain, osteoarthritis, vomiting, cancer pain, endocrine disorders, and much more. It helps pets even more than you and I might realize so be sure to discuss your pet’s case with your veterinarian to see whether or not acupuncture might be helpful! You may want to consider adding acupuncture to keep your pet as active and healthy as possible.

• Boarding

boarding02-300x200Please contact us today to learn more about our boarding facilities. We would love to speak with you about our boarding policies. We also invite you to visit our Omaha animal hospital and view our boarding area for yourself! Just give us a call and we’ll set up a time for you to take a tour.

• Laser

If your pet is feeling pain, has inflammation, or a wound, laser procedures are a sterile, pain-free, surgery-free, drug-free treatment. The laser is used to treat a variety of injuries, wounds, fractures, neurological conditions, numerous dermatological problems, and pain.

• Pharmacy

We want you to get your medications and products from reputable, trusted suppliers, so we have stocked our pharmacy with a large inventory of quality brands and products that are properly stored under optimal conditions.

• Regenerative Medicine

dog06-300x194It is our goal, as a hospital, to keep up with the latest developments in veterinary medicine. We want to be able to offer our patients the highest level of care that veterinary medicine has to offer. They deserve it!

• Underwater Treadmill

Dogs are typically placed in a harness that is suspended in warm water above a treadmill. Although the treatment was spawned from cold water therapy, these pools are heated to relax the muscles and joints, creating a controlled and comfortable environment for your dog. Jets are often added to create resistance and enhance the physical therapy.

• Preventative Medicine

Annual exams and simple blood work to check liver and kidney values, along with thyroid function have the potential to alert us to early changes that may give us important information about your pet’s health. We understand the changes your pet will have as they become older, and we also know the importance of keeping your pet healthy as they enter their golden years. Bring your pet into our Omaha animal hospital today for preventitive medicine.

• Checkup

As our pets live longer veterinarians are faced with many of the same concerns as human physicians. Older pets are more prone to organ failure, cancer and oral disease. The Complete Health Profile is part of our effort to avert or lessen the impact of potential problems to your pet’s health. The Complete Health Profile is an extension of our regular exam and in addition includes a Blood Chemistry Panel, a Complete Blood Count, an electrocardiogram, a Urinalysis or X-rays and possibly Thyroid Testing.

• Surgery

surgery02-300x200We also realize that it can be stressful to have your pet undergo surgery. We want to assure you that your pet is in good hands, and that we will do everything to provide the best care possible.

• Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory allows us to perform an array of diagnostic tests that help us care for your pet. This ranges from simple laboratory tests to more complex diagnostic tools that help us in treating your pet.

• Stem Cell Therapy

The regenerative cells that are collected do several things: they release chemicals that help decrease inflammation; they send out chemicals to the body to bring healing cells into that area; and they have the potential to regenerate damaged tissue.

• Dentistry

In spite of these disturbing facts, many pet owners are not aware of the importance of dental care to their pet’s health. There are a lot of different ways to improve your pet’s dental hygiene, including home brushing, dental chews, and regular inspection. All this can be addresses at our Omaha animal hospital.
